This fan works perfectly in my 2008 macbook. It is also WAY LESS expensive than the alternative (dropping it off at the mac store to have them fix it.) It was easy to install, and now the computer runs normally again--quiet and sans heat.

Works just fine on my mid-2009 13" MacBook Pro unibody. No problems at all and it's exactly the same model and manufacturer as the original one in the MacBook Pro.
